We have done two-person special occasion events and weddings for over 200 people. For onsite chef services we have a $1,000 minimum regardless of the number of guests.
We have two basic options. The first is the onsite chef experience where we are onsite cooking, serving and cleaning up so that you can enjoy the meal and event with your guests. The second is fresh, ready to eat food, delivered in family style containers that is dropped off right to your location.

We create menus for events for two reasons. We want to make the client feel special in that they are getting things that are a bit more unique. Second this allow us to ensure the client menu options are in line with their event, guests and dietary needs. This approach does not mean that we are expensive. This is all based on the menu options we provide and those that you choose. It varies based on number of courses, protein choices, and other factors.
A service charge is no applied to all clients. A service charge is typically added to clients who have twenty guests or more. This is not a staff gratuity. A service charge covers the offsite kitchen and staff costs for prepping.
Our team averages 18-24% for gratuities on the total food costs, excluding sales tax.
